PRICING Each Cake is custom made and unique to your special event. Cakes are priced depending on the number of servings size, design complexity and requirements.
Pricing for a standard party cakes begins at $7.00+ per person. Wedding Cakes, Quinceanera, Sweet 16th or Anniversary Cakes pricing are based on Servings/Designs. Contact us we will be happy to discuss pricing with you.
SUGAR FLOWERS, SUGAR CAKE TOPPERS & LACE Gum paste flowers, silk or fresh flowers, as well as lace and sugar cake toppers decorations are extra. These decorations are priced based on the quantity and complexity of the flowers.
FLAVORS A variety of flavors are available for your selection, flavors not listed can be prepared upon request. *Please refer to our signature and most popular flavor. * Puerto Rican Moist Cake(flavored with Brandy, almond, amaretto or pineapple) *Dominican Cake filled with any of the following: Dulce de Leche, Pina- Colada, or Guava& Cheese. *Moist Chocolate Yellow / Vanilla cake Red Velvet Marble Pistachio We also do Colombian Fruit cake( ponque negro de boda) upon request in advance.
FILLINGS Milk chocolate, Chocolate chips, Dulce de leche, Appricot, Pineapple, Butter Cream, Coconut cream, Custard, Guava, Strawberry. Cream Cheese, White chocolate Mousse, Nutella among others. (If you don't see your flavor ask us)
FROSTING Creamy Buttercream and our homemade Fondant.( better taste)
PLACING YOUR ORDER Bookings are made on a first come, first pay basis. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Full payment is required 2-weeks before your event. Failure to make final payment on time will result in cancellation of the order, and deposit amount will not be refunded.
We recommend placing your order 6 to 12 months prior to your event. Please note that your event date with us is guaranteed only once your cake contract has been signed and deposit has been received.
CAKE TASTINGS Cake tastings is available upon request for weddings, Quinceañeros, Sweet sixteen or any party cakes over $500. Please call to schedule and appointment at least 3 months prior to your event.
Although we try to accommodate everyone’s schedule, most appointments are made Monday through Friday, 4 pm. to 7 p.m. consultations and tastings last about an hour. Unfortunately, weekend appointments are rarely available.
Consultations are limited to 4 servings. Cake samples are made to order, thus, cancellations without a 24 notice might be subject to a re-booking fee of $30 (not applicable towards final order) to be paid prior to re-scheduling the appointment.
DESIGN I will be happy to work with you and make your idea a masterpiece. Feel free to provide photos or drawing of your desire design if available. Please note that we do not copy the exact design of another Cake Artist. However, we will work with you and your ideas to design a wedding cake that you can call your own.
DEPOSITS & CANCELATIONS Your date is especially reserved for you on my calendar and I commit to a limited number of events per week. Deposits and any additional payments made are 100% refundable up to 6 months prior to your event, non-refundable thereafter. All balances are to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event.All orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full. In the event that something occurs that affect your scheduled wedding date-Please contact us ASAP to discuss other options.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER Changes in size, flavors, and decorations can be made up to four to two weeks before the event date. A lot of planning and purchasing of supplies and equipment go into preparing for your cake. We are not able to make any changes to the final order after the two week deadline.If changes are significant, an amendment to contract or new contract will be necessary.
